All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by an authorised Thumb Rule Service Dealer.
For a warranty claim, the battery should be returned to the nearest authorised Thumb Rule Service Dealer in India as specified in the warranty documentation.
The battery must be made available for inspection in the condition required under the applicable warranty terms.
Where a replacement battery is approved under the warranty, the replacement will be provided through the applicable service/dealer process.
