RNGN Batteries stands behind every product with comprehensive warranty coverage and dedicated support.
• Thumb Rule Batteries: 18–24 months warranty from date of purchase
• VRLA Batteries: 12–24 months warranty depending on model
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use
• Warranty is valid only with original purchase invoice and warranty card
• Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only
• Battery must be used as per manufacturer recommendations
• Regular maintenance records may be required for claim processing
• Replacement or repair is at the sole discretion of RNGN Batteries
• Physical damage, misuse or improper installation
• Overcharging, deep discharge or use of incompatible chargers
• Damage due to accidents, fire, flood or natural disasters
• Normal wear and tear, sulfation due to prolonged storage
• Tampering with warranty seal or unauthorized repairs
1. Contact our support team with product details and issue description
2. Submit original invoice, warranty card and product photographs
3. Our technician will inspect and test the battery
4. Approved claims will be resolved within 7–15 working days
5. Replacement or pro-rata credit will be provided as applicable
